At Stone, we take great pride in the quality and appearance of our products. To ensure each order arrives in perfect condition, we package your pavers on recycled timber pallets. Each layer of product is individually protected using a sheet of packaging material, and the entire pallet is tightly wrapped for delivery. An all-terrain forklift removes the goods from the truck and unloads them at their final destination.
How to Order:
Most Stone products are made to order. To avoid delays in processing and dispatching your orders it is important to supply accurate information on your Purchase Request. We recommend you use this Specification Binder to assist in this regard. Using the Specification Binder locate the product(s) you wish to order.
You will note a product code and description associated with this product. You will also notice the size of the paving in square metres and how many units are required to fill a square metre. This will enable you to calculate the units required to cover your area.

It is recommended to order entire job lot at one time (ie pool coping and paving) so that they are made in one manufacturing period. If product is ordered in multiple lots, with delays between deliveries, colour and texture variation can occur due to the natural materials used.
After your products have been manufactured they are packed on pallets using automated packaging systems. All products have a protective layer of packaging material between each unit to ensure they arrive on site in good condition.
